1.Preheat your oven to 175
2. After you remove the skin and cut slices from the core of the mango, put it in the food processor until it is smooth.
3. Place your silicon mat on the cookie sheet then spread the mango puree out on the mat. Make sure it is pretty thin and spread evenly. I made the mistake of too much mango and too thick in the center.
4. Bake 3-4 hours or until the fruit is solid.
5. Peel and slice into strips. Roll strips into wax paper strips for easier eating
